Working Principle:

The mechanism primarily consists of a base assembly, a slider assembly, a bracket assembly, a drive assembly, and a refractory assembly.
The base assembly is fixed to the mounting plate. The slider is equipped with rollers and moves on the bracket rails. Driving the slider rollers automatically builds pressure on the rail ramp. A hydraulic cylinder drives the slider assembly back and forth, causing relative movement between the rollers and the rails, opening and closing the slider and thus throttling the molten steel.
