Working Principle:

The mechanism primarily consists of a base assembly, a slider assembly, a bracket assembly, a drive assembly, and a refractory assembly.
The base assembly is fixed to a mounting plate. The slider, equipped with wheels, moves on the bracket track. Pressure is automatically built up by driving the slider wheel on the track ramp. A hydraulic cylinder drives the slider assembly to reciprocate, causing the wheel and track to move relative to each other, and the slide plate opens and closes, thereby throttling the molten steel.
