Working Principle:

The tundish slab quick-change mechanism consists of a base assembly, a bracket assembly, a drive assembly, and refractory materials. To change the nozzle, place the nozzle in the ready position, activate the hydraulic cylinder, and push the nozzle into the working position, replacing the original nozzle in less than 1 second.
