Working Principle:

The tundish slab quick-change mechanism consists of a frame assembly, a clamping assembly, a drive assembly, and refractory materials. To replace the nozzle, place the nozzle in the standby position, activate the hydraulic cylinder, and push the nozzle into the working position, replacing the original nozzle in less than 1 second.
