Working Principle:

The stopper rod opening and closing mechanism consists primarily of a fixed support, a movable frame, a crossbar, a protective cover, a manual operating lever, and an electric hydraulic cylinder. It can be controlled manually or automatically.
In automatic control, the electric hydraulic cylinder connects the fixed support and the movable frame, pushing the movable frame to raise and lower the stopper rod crossbar. In manual control, a manual operating lever drives the movable frame and crossbar together via a sector gear.
